Avanti Food and Beverage is a former one-story printing facility in Denver. We were the engineer of record as the building was repurposed into a two-story food hall, with seven shipping containers acting as kitchens inside the building. Bleachers and an outdoor deck over the existing building complete this very popular foodie destination.
